As what I remembered, I didn’t asked for any revisions for this one and I’m so happy for that. Maybe it’s because they gave me completely what they actually want to see.

Throwback: Marielific x PUPQC Graduation Ball 

I almost forgot to post these here. These are the designs I made for our Graduation Ball’s invitation and souvenirs last May 03, 2012. Since the event is formal and have a theme of black and gold, I ended up with this design which everyone approved.

Since we have a limited budget for everything, I didn’t commissioned on this project. I also volunteered to be the one to produce it on print. Thy love for your university — you’ll do everything that may help.

It’s been a long time since the last time I made a custom cover photo for my facebook account. And for this day, I ended creating a new simple cover photo. See image below:

This is the cover photo I made a while ago. I set the main text as a transparent one. Not the usual style right? Hihi. And after I uploaded this, I received nice feedbacks from my facebook friends and want me to do another one for them. I suddenly decided to have a cover photo giveaway here on tumblr for my followers. I know it’s really not that amusing but, I just want this to be a simple “thank you” gift for everyone who is following my blog since the day I made this.

So here’s the mechanics:

Around 2:23PM when I received a text message from someone asking if I can create a design for some prints to be used on their wedding day. I just got excited and replied, “Yes, sure!”

They immediately send the details to my email and we discussed how they want them it to be. I feel so excited about this next project because I love attending family events/gatherings like weddings where I can witness couple(s) having this once in a lifetime event of becoming one and the turning point of settling down.

I’m just really happy. For everyone’s information, it’s one of my dreams to design prints for a wedding. I can’t wait to finish this one and the wedding day to come. I wonder how it will look like.

So for other young and/or freelance designers out there, don’t get tired of posting your works everywhere. It’s a first step toward opportunities! Always make yourself inspired. Be productive! ☺
